Stars spinning around the North Star

If the Earth is spinning on an axis, as well as orbiting around the sun, and the sun is also orbiting around the center of the “Milky Way,” and every other star in the “Milky Way” is also orbiting and spinning, then how is it possible that in the history of mankind the North Star (Polaris) has never moved from it’s position directly above the North Pole?

And if all of this spinning and orbiting is going on, then how is it also possible that every star perpetually spins around the North Star, as in the time lapse photo below?

The North Star Polaris Time Lapse

This is not possible unless 1) the Earth is not spinning, 2) we are not orbiting around the sun, and 3) the stars are not far-away suns that are themselves spinning and orbiting.
